Code of Conduct - Fair Recruitment, Firm Standards

We adhere to guidelines of the WHO and the international human rights convention.

With our binding Code of Conduct, CuraConnect and our business partners stand for fair recruitment. We thus pursue a strict "No fee policy" for international employees.

Nursing with Principles

We voluntarily commit to compliance with the ILO core labor standards, in particular the general principles and operational guidelines for fair recruitment of the ILO, as well as the IRIS standards of the International Organization for Migration.

The following principles are particularly important to us when recruiting international employees:

Respect for laws, fundamental principles, and workplace rights

Respect for ethical and professional conduct

Prohibition of recruitment fees and related costs for international employees

Respect for freedom of movement

Respect for transparency regarding employment conditions

Observance of confidentiality and data protection

Safeguarding access to legal remedies

Within the framework of the recruitment and placement process, business partners ensure compliance with the laws and agreements of all countries involved in which they operate, including the relevant labor and immigration laws.

Our Code of Conduct is binding

Since CuraConnect acts on behalf of its clients and implements the service packages with commissioned business partners who have submitted to this code, it verifies as far as possible whether the objectives, motivations, contractually intended obligations, and conduct of all these parties comply with the requirements of this code.

Equal rights for all

Furthermore, CuraConnect and its business partners confirm the following: International employees have the right to be recruited for work in Germany through a process based on fair and transparent hiring procedures and a corresponding work environment and employment conditions that match the assurances made. Employees have the same rights and obligations as their colleagues in Germany and are responsible for fulfilling their obligations toward their recruiter and/or employer.

How we handle violations

CuraConnect and its business partners confirm that no retaliatory measures will be taken against persons who file a complaint or report a suspected violation of this code. Employees or other parties who violate this principle will be subject to appropriate disciplinary action. This may include (without being limited to) disclosure of the violation to government representatives, if required by law, agreement, or contract, as well as non-engagement or termination of contractual relationships with the party in question.
