At Cura Connect, we are more than a recruitment agency; we are a strategic partner bringing together employers and global talent. Founded with the vision of ensuring loving and high-quality care for people in need of nursing, and with the knowledge that due to demographic developments in Germany and the acute shortage of nursing staff, this will become increasingly difficult to achieve. Our company story began with a simple yet powerful idea: instead of hoping for better framework conditions or political solutions to the nursing shortage, we put our idea into action. Motivated by a personal connection to India and the local network there, we created the opportunity to make our vision a reality. We specialize in the placement and integration of nursing professionals from India and Southeast Asia – their excellent training and education, combined with cultural openness and a caring attitude, enjoy high recognition in Germany and align with our core motivation for compassionate care. This is our drive and our quality standard – and that is what we stand for.
