We recruit the right nursing professionals for you in third countries

In our European neighboring countries, a similar shortage of skilled nursing professionals will emerge in the foreseeable future, as in Germany – therefore, we have specialized in recruiting nursing professionals from third countries.

When selecting skilled professionals, we consider both the employers' wishes and the respective conditions in the nurses' country of origin. Our partner networks enable us to search specifically for qualified professionals, with additional qualifications if desired.

Our services in the area of recruiting include:

• Recruiting and selection of candidates
• Presentation of candidates to the company through application documents (candidate profile, certificates and credentials, Skype interviews)
• Where possible, organization of in-person interviews and, if applicable, "trial days"
• Cultural preparation of skilled professionals for working in Germany and for life in Germany
• Handling of visa and recognition formalities
• Travel planning and regular exchange with local authorities in the country of origin
• Preparation for employment with the German employer

Organizing German language courses in the home country is also part of our recruiting services. For example, language training up to B2 level, as well as TELC or Goethe Institute certification.
