The shortage of skilled workers in elderly care and nursing is visible everywhere in Germany. Already today there are far more open positions than unemployed skilled workers – and this has been the case for several years. Due to demographic developments ("baby boomers"), experts estimate that around 150,000 additional nursing professionals will be needed by 2025 – it can be assumed that this demand cannot be met by domestic recruits. Against this backdrop, we have made it our mission to recruit nursing professionals from suitable countries of origin for the German labor market and to place them in clinics and care facilities in Germany.
